We Niche in working for Service Based businesses that earn less than $1million in revenue each year. See Featured Industries here; however we do work for dozens of other Service Industries not listed. Please contact us! If you are in a Service Industry our process should work very well for you.

We can’t work for everyone, but we love to work for work for Small Business Owners who:

  • value time for the great outdoors, travel, family and friends – and themselves
  • understand that no one can go it alone and are ready for the support they need for financial stability

We do not manage accounting for the sale of goods or products, sales tax, inventory management, retail, non-profits, 280E, or investments accounting.

Our pricing is very transparent and published for all to see. We have a simple monthly subscription where you pay for what you use based on your annual revenue. There are no hourly charges. Your tax return is included in the price after a full 12 months of paid services.

At the end of each year we review your annual revenue and set your pricing for the next year. If your revenue goes down, so does your pricing. Conversely, if your revenue goes up so does your pricing. This way your Accounting costs NEVER overburden you and always stay within the same proportion. If you don’t grow, neither do we.

No. We are 100% online and deliver all services online. Don’t worry, this is all designed to be simple for our extremely busy Small Business Owners. You don’t need to know anything about technology beyond using your email.

Yes! One monthly support email (and unlimited messaging inside our Customer Portal) is all included in our Core 4 Packages. This keeps costs as low as possible and you do not pay for extras that you do not use.

If you find this is not enough, we offer a Phone / Unlimited Support Add-On that that provides for unlimited phone calls, Zooms, and emails. We also do our part by proactively reaching out to our customers every month and constantly keeping you informed with important deadlines, dates, current happenings, tips and recommendations.

Our customer hours are Monday – Thursday from 9:30a-4pm.  Fridays are big project days and are by appointment only.

Our program is offline two times every year: Dec 15- Jan1 and April 17-30
