You fill out a quick form on our site or schedule a time to chat with our team. It pings us instantly — no black hole of email doom.

We hop on a call.

You’ll get a link to book a call and drop some intel about your biz. We’ll chat through what you need, what we offer, and whether we’re meant to be. If it’s a match, we send a proposal. If not, no hard feelings — still fans.

You say yes.

You accept the proposal (yay), fill out a short intake form (promise it’s painless), and create your login in our client portal (Karbon — fancy, but friendly). Meanwhile, we set you up based on the services you picked. This is where the spreadsheets start behaving and the panic levels drop.

We take it from here.

You go back to building your empire. We’ll handle the numbers, deadlines, and financial gobbledygook — calmly, cleverly, and maybe even with a meme or two.

Matt Stonehill, CPA, CFP®

Matt has 15 years of experience tackling everything his clients throw at him. He specializes in service-based S-Corps and partnership tax, high net worth individuals, trusts and estate tax, and tax strategies. Think he’s never heard your question before? Try him!

Outside of work, he likes thinking about taxes while he plays with Laura the Dog, skis, or floats down a river.

Joe Soave, CPA

With 20 years of tax experience and too many Phish shows under his belt, Joe is a Big 4 trained professional who loves helping the little guy ‑ individuals, small businesses, and non profits. We love Joe and know you will too!

In the winter, Joe attends lots of winter “board” meetings (he snowboards). In the summer, he drives his RV to surfing spots and live music alongside his dogs Sam and Ozzie.

What makes Joe different? He’s mastered the art of masking his quick mind and scary impressive smarts with a chill, calm exterior that puts everyone at ease. Learn this skill, you too may one day, Young Padawan.

Carol Ann Haroutunian

Carol Ann once worked in the airline industry but is now flying high in the world of debits and credits. Having been with SingleTrack since the beginning, she is the keeper of the books and knower of all — including where the skeletons are hidden! If it has to do with bookkeeping, Carol Ann is the pro.

When she’s not balancing the books, Carol Ann is turning the tables. She loves DJing, being outdoors, and spending time with her dog Saffron. Sometimes she does all three at once!

What makes her different? Carol Ann’s patience and kindness knows no bounds and she assumes the best in everyone — even when their books are a mess.

Bryan Swintek

Bryan’s career spans finance in NYC and dairy-free ice cream in Denver. At SingleTrack, he is the payroll guru and business jack-of-all-trades. Basically, if Bryan didn’t exist, your taxes would be done perfectly but the process of getting there would be rough. Don’t know who to ask? Ask Bryan!

For fun, Bryan likes to take care of his houseplants, study US history and geopolitics, and eat dinner at 5PM. No, he’s not a retiree. He’s just an old soul.

What makes Bryan different? He’s one of the rare ones whose mind is 6 steps ahead and then tries to say all of those thoughts at once. Sorry, world!
